Alton Kenner Bio

Alton Kenner is an elite trainer, athlete, and fitness competition participant who founded The Result Factory to help others create lifestyle transformations through fitness and nutrition. Alton has always had a passion for fitness. Growing up in a household where he saw the dramatic impact illness and poor health can have on a family, he devoted himself to living a healthy lifestyle. His passion for optimal health and good living developed early, and has become his lifelong commitment. A former college football, basketball and track star and professional athlete, Alton suffered from an ACL injury at the height of his career. Rather than give up, Alton developed and committed himself to a complete rehabilitation that allowed him to attain his pre-injury speed, agility, and strength. This rehabilitation inspired Alton to help others achieve ambitious fitness goals in a way that minimizes the chance of injury.
