The approach of The Result Factory begins with a thorough evaluation of clients’ fitness and health, assessing factors such as muscle strength, endurance, flexibility, and range of motion to design customized workout and nutritional plans to meet individual goals. With 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and a background as a professional athlete, Alton possesses a comprehensive understanding of the human body and the techniques required to achieve sustainable results. He offers personalized attention both during gym sessions and through follow-up phone calls and assessments, maintaining detailed records to support clients in their transformation.

Alton’s expertise allows him to apply his methods to a wide range of fitness and health goals, including building strength, achieving balance, correcting muscle imbalances, and promoting weight loss or gain. At our MET Atlanta facility, we provide 6,000 square feet of space for high-intensity workouts in a private setting. With ample room for speed and agility training, a cutting-edge free weight and rig setup, a functional training area, and a dedicated space for stretching, we offer everything necessary for achieving results.

About ALTON KENNER

Alton Kenner is a multifaceted individual who has carved out a niche for himself as an elite trainer and athlete. With a passion for optimal health and good living that developed early and has become his lifelong commitment, Alton founded The Result Factory to help others create lifestyle transformations through fitness and nutrition.

Alton’s passion for fitness stems from his childhood, where he witnessed how illness and poor health can have a severe impact on families. As a result, he dedicated himself to living a healthy lifestyle, which has become his lifelong commitment.

Despite being a former college football, basketball, and track star, Alton’s career came to a halt due to an ACL injury. However, he refused to let it deter him and committed himself to a complete rehabilitation process that enabled him to recover his pre-injury speed, agility, and strength. This experience inspired Alton to assist others in reaching their fitness goals while minimizing the likelihood of injury.

Over the last 15 years, Alton has demonstrated his tireless work ethic by implementing a pragmatic, experience-based approach that produces tangible outcomes for his clients. He rejects the fads and artificial methods utilized by many other trainers and believes in attaining greatness rather than just being “good.”

Alton’s unmatched dedication, discipline, and winning mentality have taken him from the field to the gym, where he personally trains a diverse range of clients, including notable athletes such as New England Patriots’ wide receiver Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, Detroit Lions DB Eric Coleman, rapper David Banner, Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown, and many others.

Alton is also an elite-level athlete himself and he holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and marketing from Gannon University and maintains a certification as a personal trainer from the American Aerobic Association International (AAAI) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Alton stays current with the most recent fitness, nutrition, and training best practices by staying informed about the most recent publications and issues concerning being a well-rounded personal trainer.
